Tom

Piehl

Tom Piehl, a native of the Quad Cities, graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Economics and Business Management. Mr. Piehl moved to the north-west suburbs of Chicago in 2003 where he worked as a Commercial Lender and Credit Manager for First Chicago Bank and ConAgra Foods, respectively. During this time, Mr. Piehl obtained his MBA Degree with an emphasis on Accounting and Finance. In 2003, he returned to the Quad Cities and work in the Commercial Banking Industry and acquiring rental properties. In 2012, Mr.Piehl helped establish Y&J Properties where he focuses on Accounting, Finance and Project Management.

Levi

Ritchie

Levi Ritchie is a former Commercial Real Estate Banker with a local bank in the Quad Cities. Levi spent over seven years as a commercial lender with an emphasis on multi-plex units and loft units in downtown Davenport Iowa. Since 2012 Levi has co-developed over 200 historic loft units in the Quad Cities with rehab costs totalling more than $50 million. Levi is also responsible for securing financing from perspective commercial lenders and facilitating tax credit approval through the State of Iowa and the National Park Service.

Joe

Erenberger

Joe is responsible for the oversight and insight of all upper functions of Y&J Property Management. Joe comes from am extensive construction background. He built, owned and operated his own personal and residential units in Scott county, Iowa and Rock Island county, Illinois from 1999 to present. Joe's first experience in residential reconstruction came at age 16 when he acquired and successfully flipped his first property.

Baheti

Manisha Baheti, Joe Erenberger, Levi Ritchie and Tom Piehl  combined forces and officially began in 2011 when the team started planning the historic rehabilitation of the iconic Peterson Paper Building in Downtown Davenport.
